Todd killed a truck laod of pointed grouse and woodcock over her points..I loaded up another truck load her in Northern NH with her...and Todd took her south for the winter to continue on quail and woodcock. She is by CH Long Gone Buckwheat out of CH Texas Copper Top |

Hi Lloyd,
Maggie (Zee’s litter) and I spent some time in the Great North Woods ( Pittsburg and Stewartstown) over the weekend. As pictured, we got our first bird together on Saturday. She did very well, pointing all 3 species…grouse (7), woodcock (2) and pheasant (1). She locked up nicely on grouse 7 times but couldn’t contain herself and bumped each of them. She was at a nice distance each time, but would creep ahead before I got there and the birds flushed…I think a lot of whoa work is in order…considering she turned 6 months today…I’ll take it!
I hope all is well with you folks and you were able to get the dogs out this weekend…
